The Ouroboros, or "the snake eating its tail" is an ancient and powerful image, it's symbolic of wholeness or infinity. Fascinated by the concept, I wanted to re-create this in my own style. If you look carefully, I've included a never ending knot separately from the snake itself. Originally illustrated with a 0.18 fineliner and finished in Adobe Photoshop.
