How To Use

Use this botanical smoke blend on its own for a mild sedative effect or with cannabis as an alternative to tobacco.

Take 2 parts botanical blend to 1 part cannabis flower or mix it with your tobacco if you’re trying to wean off nicotine. This blend makes around 15 – 20 rollies depending on how thin or long you roll. You can use a rolling machine which makes it easier to roll. 

Bonus Info

For a smoother smoking experience, you can add a bit of humidity to your smoke. If I'm drinking tea, I use that to dampen my fingers before taking a pinch of the smoke mix. You can also use water, or just lick your fingers. Adding a citrus peel to the tin can help bring some humidity to the blend.

Ingredients

Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Vervain (Verbena officinalis), Lobelia (Lobelia Siphilitica), Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum), Rose Petals (Rosa). 

All ingredients are grown in an organic & regenerative fashion with minimal use of insecticides, pesticides, herbicides &fungicides as possible, in certified organic fertilizer. This product is certified food grade.
