Lunar Bees

I love bees. I love the moon. I like to imagine the bees hopping around gardens and back into their hives making honey over time. I'm also fascinated by Lunar planting and how insects, the elements and time all influence the food we eat and the flowers we grow. There have been studies to show that colonies of bees are affected by the lunar cycle, but I've mostly shown this in the artwork to portray the passing of time. The bees and the cycle together are to remember to stay present and keep doing what you do, just like the honey bee. I also just loved the idea of bees with their own little houses.
