With social distancing and self-isolation being on the minds of all of us, I thought about how I could get involved. While it's not some amazing invention or anything, I did think that we could all use a little peace. So, I've traced up a drawing for you to colour in.
You could have a WhatsApp conference call and colour in with your friends, create a fun activity for you and your family or just sit quietly by yourself with a cup of tea/wine/spliff. Whichever way, I hope this practice brings you peace of mind and helps you to relax and take your mind off of things.
