"Be here now" is one of those Ram Dass quotes that often pop into my head.
Over the past couple of years, I've actively been working on being more present in my life. Not only in what's going on around me, but also in what's happening within myself. Noticing my habits, inquiring why I do those things, investigating and getting to know myself on a deeper level.
I wanted to capture this moment in time with a new artwork and this one flowed right out of me in one week.
